    Just look at the trucks going down the road today. Many are beginning to add fairings all over the trailer, including the rear. Rounded coves on the top corners of the trailers make a huge difference. On our livestock trucks, adding a wind deflector on top of the cab to push air over the front...

    Cam - I would suggest talking to Cameron Irwin in Southern California. He takes a small trailer (guessing 5x10 or so) that is also low profile and loads two planes in it to haul to contests. It was pretty slick and seemed conducive to getting great fuel mileage (light and small frontal area)...

    No, unfortunately slow going for me, and not because it isn't any easy build... Just finished gluing in the shear and front skin on the wings. Almost ready to pull the pins and remove the wings from the table. Will post some pics later. -- Please post some pics of your progress!

    Haven't considered widening the fuse that much. Only my second profile, first was a Mojo25 (36" wingspan and 1/4" thick fuse). Would be worried about adding more weight.     Question: What are ya'lls thoughts on gluing in the sheer webs? The instructions suggest poly glue on the sheer webs. I have typically used thin CA. What is the conventional wisdom on this? Thanks in advance!

    No swaying here. All the other sizes I have - except for ultra small foamy 5g and 9g servos - are Hitec. Just happened to try something different and didn't need the programming option.

    Hey Rob, FWIW I have one savox 2231 brushless on my JTEC 35% extra (555 in-oz @7.4). Works great and I can full deflect it at full throttle with no issues. This is for an IMAC ride, but the rudder does move 40 plus degrees either way.

    Trailing edges are installed. Sanded the trailing edges true before gluing. Use the long sander and some "weights" to make sure the rib tabs were all down on the table and started glueing from the wing tips (made sure they were square and aligned with the plans) and worked my way to the root...
