    Sold it way back in the 90's. it was an 8A with all metal wings converted to E model . Was pretty, but learned how much work it takes to keep a polished aluminum plane looking good....ugh :gnashing:.

    Too old to "HUCK"?

    "Old Guys Rule!" ....at least that what my shirt says :confused:. I'll be 62 in Dec and I "Suck Huck" but still have fun with it. Funny, I can fly (and love) precision stuff all day long and not get nervous....but throw in a few low hovers and such and bam, my heart rate jumps way up.

    Stupidest thing you have ever done RC related.

    At an IMAC contest...last flight of the contest, landed and while rolling out was shaking Capt Jack's head back and forth (it rotates). Forgot to steer the Raven and bashed the wing into the fence :gnashing:.

    GSN members are a class act! I have only witnessed one other delam besides mine. Both were a couple of years apart and both of us quickly shut down and landed. No plane damage on either.

    Bart forgot to mention....THERE WAS BLOOD!!!!!!! :confused??: Seriously, it is a VERY nimble plane and even with low rates the first snap I did was a 1 1/2.....just blurry fast snap rolls. Ailerons were touchy even on low rates, so more expo needed and/or a little less throw. Pitch was also...
