3D Rebuilding the Compy MX2.
Oh yeah. I put TD 110K's in my buddies DA150/MX2 combo. Had to shoehorn the hell out of them! I think one of my threads on FG has me building that MX2 with the DA150/MX2. The other one I flew in that same thread, has the 3W 170 on it! Then I flew another one last year on a DA150..... :(- Bunky.F.Knuckle

I'll bring my little old wimpy QS 150 and come play for a weekend! Will see what has what! ;) I'd like to find someone with a DA170 in a Compy MX2. DLA Engines
A little heads up on the DLA...... TailDraggerRC had one of the 116's, a 2 holer. It lasted about 4 gallons, If I remember what he said about that. Lower end rod knock. Well, after my pelvis breakage from March, Im back up at my place, almost 8 weeks to the day. 3.5 days in the hospital, lots of good drugs and some great care from the staff, family and friends. I actually worked on the MX2 yesterday. Mounted the axles and wheels. Forgot to order wheel...- Bunky.F.Knuckle

The Happiness is thread
Happiness was getting out of the hospital on 3-25. And today, Im headed back up to my house, full time for PT on my basement stairs. Im so happy, I ate a cheeseburger for dinner at my parents place. More happiness is picking up my 2014 F150 from my buddies place tomorrow! Havent driven it...- Bunky.F.Knuckle
