Fit up the right wing plywood ribs. The ribs are glued to 3/8" balsa sheet fitted between the top and bottom spars. The second rib needs the balsa sheet installed and glued into position. No lights planned at this time, this will be an everyday flier but who knows? Revisions are possible at any point! Cap strips are fit, glued with Titebond II, and taped in place, the top is returned and weighted while the glue dries.. Next up cut the bottom airfoil.- TonyHallo

The slots for the spars are cut with the aide of templates as well, the spars are glued in with Titebond II and the top section is returned and weighted in place while the glue dries. Onto the left wing. Once the left wing is cut it will be time to edge glue sheeting for the edges.- TonyHallo

Got the right wing ready to cut. Next step is to make the templates, been milling over wing washout, thinking 2 to 3 degrees. Discovered that the hershey bar wings did not have any washout while the tapered wing Cherokee 180 has 3 degrees. Any thoughts out there?- TonyHallo

Mixing cups, I use 4 ounce applesauce cups for mixing epoxy, once cured the epoxy pops right out along the brush or stick used for mixing. I gain more cups every time my grandsons visit.- TonyHallo
