If I had it to do over, I would buy paint masks from AeroGraphics.com rather than mask myself. Maybe the next build? Still kicking around what to build next? Might finish the Super Cub that I've been moving around the shop for a while?- TonyHallo

I don't want to think about it. I couldn't get the original buck out of the mold so it was destroyed. I got a good mold that i can work with, it needs a little work due to damage sustained while removing the buck, that's OK. You and me both. I hope it is repaired for the last time. I attempted pulling a .040" polycarbonate sheet over the plug and damage the plug and the plastic sheet frame, tuff stuff, have 5 24" x 32" sheets that I'm not sure what I will do with. I bought two canopies from the supplier a while ago. I suspect the buck was the original from RCM plans service back in the early 90's, it was OK but not what I was looking for here. Installed the radio and associated wiring, takes a little more time with the fabric on but it is done now. Then focused on finishing the back of the plane before installing the main gear, it is a lot easier rolling the plane around on the horses without the gear on.
