    I've seen most of them delam. Not a pleasant sound when they do. Seen a Mejzlik 2 blade delam last year. Seen Hover props blow apart.

    It has been a few years since I have ran my 106. Maybe I need to take the DA 120 off my Corvus, and put the real engine on it, and go with the 28x9 Falcon CF?? ;) Corvus is already cut up for mufflers. :)

    Don't want to step on Toms toes here with a balancer. But a friend of mine makes a balancer similar to the PSP, I think it is. Sells them for much less than a PSP. Wish I had seen the post earlier, as I was at home on a check up and could have taken a couple of pics of it. But I will be back...

    Those elevators are no bigger than the ones on my 37% Corvus. But, I think my arms are 1.75" long. I'm using Savox 2270s on elevators, 1270s elsewhere.

    I have seen prop bolts let go on the ground, it the air even carbon delams. Never seen a woody prop just let go, without some type of "assistance". That sucks Terry.

    3W 106 strange behavior

    Richen the low needle a hair. On a 3W transition, you want just the very hint of a sag (lean) from idle to full throttle. Too rich on the low, and you will puddle fuel. Too lean and you know what will happen.

    You are good to go, Ben. All my Secraft studs are loctited into the nut. I also have the Xion quick latch mechanisms. I have yet to install any. I like how you just have to flip that little lever on the retainer and the wing comes off.

    Dont be afraid to drag that ass end around a little. A little nose high will slow it down nicely.
