What would you guys like to see from us?

How about a servo arm puller that looks like this.  If you take my idea you need to send me one however I can't say for all but SWB arms have a crimp second screw that makes it tough at times to remove.  The top hole is threaded and you slide in from the side after you remove the arm screw...

    30cc gasser prop suggestion

Personally I would start with a two blade  to get the maximum power and go from there.  What motor is he going with  and what is that going to weigh?  For the scale like looks I would have him look at the VVRC 40 twin so nothing is sticking out of the bottom of the cowl to ruin that nice look. ...

    Rudder servo arm

I would love to find something like this or maybe I will make one.  This was it can be slid in from the side.  Has anyone seen one like this?  The top hole will be threaded for the clamping/pulling screw force.

    Rudder servo arm

That got me thinking and I just might make something that I know will work.  I am going to take some 1" square bar stock ans machine a cutout as wide as necessary to slide in which will make the top half think.  This is great for the extra thickness for threads for the clamp down screw.  Then...

    Rudder servo arm

Stang thanks for the suggestion of the puller.  I did a little searching and found this by Seacraft and for only $3.50.  Is this like what you saw?  The problem with this is it won't slide on with the cable links on and not even sure if it would slide on an offset arm.

I forget just where, but I saw a servo arm puller listed on a site once. Now where was that?  I want one of them, if you find it please post.

How about some nice looking bonded washers that actually fit the heads of our common screws.

Easy peasy?  I have had many a SWB arm being far from easy to pull off the spline

I always used MasterCam when I used Cam but I have seen where there are some third party CAM programs that run right inside Rhino.  One that I have heard is MecSoft and here is a link.  My last purchased version of Rhino is 4.0 and I believe that this needs 5.0.   Do a search on rhino 3d cad/cam...

I don't know about current versions of Vellum but I hated that program back in the late 80's and 90's because I programmed CAM for machining 3 and 5 axis parts and believe it or not Vellum is/was pixel based not vector based.  You would bring the file in CAM and go to chain a machine path and it...

So Jim are those screw screwed to the servo arm or did you drill a clearance hole and use the locking nuts?
