    No I made a cad file and printed it on our Objet machine. The material is more like plastic than wood and this weighed 26g I believe.

    AK here is the bottom of my plane. If you do the math on the 3 inlets you will see that more is needed than just that lower cowl opening. I am going to wait until my VVRC40 is brok in and I have made this cover that I might put on over.

    I am a little confused by this,  when you say "sounds great idle to high but when you put it on the field and accelerate it stumbles bad" what else is different?  When it sounds great is the cowl off at the house?

    What would you guys like to see from us?

    Chad I've got it......  You need to release something like the Venom Micro Temp Monitor which they stopped making.  Not all of us has telemetry and for gas this would be cool.  To take it one step further than the Venum model it should be a two channel usint for our twins.

    Yep 2-3 times the outlet area as inlet area. On my MXS I opened my tunnel. Exit air is good.

    There was no residue of adhesive other than the first that I heated too much, then a clean rag with lacquer thinner cleaned right off.
