Sure thing Rob :way_to_go: and thanks for the kind words. I did get some things corrected in the fuse tonight. Moved the rudder servo lead to the right side and away from the 3 remote receiver leads. These leads were causing interference with the rudder servo!:confused??: ( jittering at neutral...

Have not got much else done to the Extra at the time being but wanted to post up some temps on the DL50. Simply running the engine with a starting point tune ( 1.5 turns out on the HSN and about 1.5 turns out on the LSN) I would run up the engine between 4 and 5K for about 30 seconds and then...

The paint job on those wheel pants is mighty nice Rob. You going to air brush the canopy and cowl as well? I wish I had the paint skills to do work like that! I would never need to send anything back if ya know what I mean;).

I got tired of flying the 26cc Edge with gobs of expo on the rudder and it still being way sensitive around neutral. It came with a 3.5" rudder arm. I made it a 2.5" arm and articulated it. It now matches the width of the rudder horns and both cables stay taught through the range of travel.

Wow! Seems flying weather for the seasons has become extreme. Either burn up or freeze. Any one know of a place on Earth where it stays 68-72 degrees with RH 50-60% and wind gusts no more than 5 mph year round??? Let me know...I'm moving there :yesss:.

To much for a 50cc??? It was 10-15 out of the north constant, gust's pretty strong and little choo choo (26cc) and the Demon (35cc) got it done ;). On landings it was a thriller to watch both planes drop a foot or so from micro wind shear :dancing-poop:. But they were tearing it up skyward...

As the operator you got to sit in an armored cab in the craft as to avoid sniper fire wile the infantry or soldiers you where transporting sat in an open...
