I'm still working with trying to make my own vector files, what a challenge from scratch! Are you using your devices cutting software, or what process and devices are you using? Looks good! I'm using Xtool's software, but also Learning Inkscape for better image manipulation. Xtool's creative...

Joe Lewis (aviator plus GP Engines exclusive dealer) told me back to back flights are never a good idea. I think because of heat soaking the motor/carb. Gotta let it cool down. I do it all the time… just always mindful of the temps, cool down laps, and point the cylinders to the breeze after...

Shouldn't be hard, get a couple 12V fans and a 3S Lipo mounted on a V shaped wood stick that ties to the prop.

Last night I tinkered with my 40W diode laser cutter to see if I could cut ultracote. Took lots of attempts, but I think I found some good settings 34% power/300mm/s / 2 passes. Seems like the cut is decent above 20% but burns after 38% the two passes help with removing the adhesive layer. Now I...

You'll get over it quickly. It's high alpha with flaps down are predictable so you can drag the ends of the floats in the water and then give her a little juice and gently plop it down. It's a great floatplane! If you can lower your approach angle it'll be better. The airfoils on these planes...

Would have been fun to meet you there! I had such a great time despite the weather at times. Met sooo many people I've conversed with over the last couple decades that I got to meet in person and met even more people that are hoping to meet up again next year. I really hope I can make it happen.

Just a wee little 9g! Probably not a tower Pro MG! LOL. Reminds me of the time I was watching a club member do high speed passes with a Super Sportster and I heard it, I then quickly asked everyone else if they heard it and during his next pass it made the sound and promptly EXPLODED the right...

I got a couple Goosky's as well this last year. Nice little machines, and quite the respect for those who fly 3D helis. I'm a fixed wing dude, but this sure keeps you on your toes more!

Only two glow motors now. OS Gemini 120FT and a Saito 82. I keep meaning to sell them but nostalgia has me holding on. Same goes for some old balsa kits. I really miss flying a few glow birds: Mojo40 55AX, SuperCub OS71FS, Twinstar 2x40LA's, Strega .46AX. I think the 55AX will be my forever...

Whoops I meant to say 30 mesh, not 30 micron! I think that's like 600 microns! I just looked up 25 microns and thats like a white blood cell HA!

When I was at Joe Nall I saw Jase Dussia’s Raven 180 cowl had a screen in the front of the air scoop. I went on Amazon and found the closest thing to it which was 30 micron. If you put your had 8” in front of you and blow then introduce the mesh screen the air flow is diminished considerably...

are you getting an error message or just cant find them? It might be a permission issue (enable the website to allow access to your album). New apple product software allows you to grab the focused image and delete the background if you press and hold which looks like what happened there?
