Looks Good! After you upload the photo, there is a little tab that says insert photo as a "thumbnail" or "Full Image" I choose Thumbnail. Sometimes the web page needs to be refreshed before adding photos in a reply, otherwise It will fail. A large amount of the empennage twisting is resolved...- AKNick

Hmmm annealing thin plastic in an oven... what could go wrong? Lol It warped at 230F at 9min. Supposedly I can go as low as 210 at 6min. May need to make some practice pieces.- AKNick

Had a fan go out on my CR-10S PSU. It was vibrating bad, a little love tap and it would start working... so I took it apart and ordered another fan... in the meantime I also upgraded my Ender 3 with a MicroSwiss Direct Drive All Metal Hot End. Fun to put together... about a days worth of...- AKNick

I couldn’t tell you other than probably using a center bolt spinner, as a 3” spinner doesn’t leave much room for the larger width of a 50cc prop. I don’t own a DA50 unfortunately.- AKNick

Skipped over talking about to e throttle servo. I used a ProModeler DS305CLHV for this. I actually had one bad from stock, so that one was sent back. Attached my Futaba temp telemetry sensors the the back side of the cylinder wall. used a piece of silicone fuel tubing to act as a tensioner by pulling it towards the cylinder with some twine thus pushing the sensor against the cylinder. @anaign I have not forgotten about the baffles. I’ve been busy with other things and just now finished my mesh errors that were driving me nuts. I also added some info to the baffles to signify what they are designed for and by whom (me!). next I need to reprint and see how it turned out...- AKNick

Another photo dump. Mounted the canister! Woot woot! Not sure why, but my jungle green canister mounts bring me bountiful joy. Lapped the 2:1 flange mounts lightly, surface prepped with isopropyl, light smear of copper RTV, longer bolts with nordlocks and some more copper RTV on the clean...- AKNick
