    I did the same with my 35% Carden.  Used 1/32" ply and even used 1/64" and put a gusset or 2 under them.  Really beefed them up.  Anymore, I just use 1/8" balsa.  Don't have to be as careful with the balsa then you do with the ply.

    Got the start of my parts coming in...  Just a canopy and wheel panties.  Gotta keep the wait up for the fuse and hatch.  I believe that they are gonna be pulled together.

    Your table is cleaner than mine was about 2 months ago......  Mine is messy again.  Need to get it cleaned off again for the next 3 rebuilds.

    I switched this Spring too, and I think I do notice a little more crap on the plane but I'm also half way through a 5 gallon jug that will make 95 gallons this year so maybe I'm just flying more!!!! I think I've only flown 20-25 gallons this year..  Sthil ultra at 50:1.

    In headed the BG, KY this weekend, and taking this bird with me.  Will talk Doofey into taking a little video of this bird.  Hope its not real windy.  Really like how it flies in calm air.

    It is a type of epoxy.  But wood glue would be your best bet.  Tack it with a dab of medium super glue.

    It really depends on how bad it is, honestly....  IIf it isn't all that bad, I use just plain ole regular super glue.  If you have the time to wait, Elmers wood glue.  I've used epoxy on firewalls and LG plates.  BBut never anywhere else.  Foam core wings get Gorilla Glue, due to the expanding...
