    Have you ever tried strip planking method for sheeting? See pdf below. This is my Cherokee 140 that was redone several years ago. If I did it again I would increase the sheeting thickness by one size then sand a little more. All in all it worked well.

    I will check it out. The leading edge and wing are roughed it. It did take some time sanding the wing bow since the radius is constantly changing. Hope the second one matches the first!
