You can also check out your local fabric/ sewing shop. They have durable toppers that a #11 blade wont cut through but you can actually get a t- pin to stick in it. I found out they catch fire kinda easy though. Dho!

    DA120 idle

If you get 1100 rpm idle your good to go!........I get less shake at 1200 and set high idle to about 2000( point where ignition advance takes over and engine really smoothes out) I fly at high idle (idle up on a switch). Seems 900 or lower would shake everything apart. I don't recommend it. My...

@David Cokley A single cylinder electronic ignition will draw about 1.5 amps at wide open throttle. A twin cylinder will draw about 2 amps at wide open throttle. Both will draw about .75 amp at idle. So any device such as a regulator or kill switch or BEC needs to be rated accordingly. Most...

That would be a high current "mars" connector. I think. It is what usually comes with DA ignitions for the battery connection.

    Hangar 9 60cc Corsair Build

My friend Andy flies the stang with a DA60. He had to recover the plane. He used chrome and made it look like the red tails of Tuskegee. Sharp looking bird. Plane fly's awesome when he can keep the engine running. He dropped a DLE 55 for the 60 when he recovered it. I think he may have junk in...

I have not changed any thing. Try starting a new convo and see if that works. I cleaned out the box a bit back and that might be what happened if you followed an old convo.

Bart. I went from Futaba 9157's (6 volt servo) 425 ozin .14 transit. Awesome servo. But! 150 smakers! I changed them out very shortly after the maiden 5 years ago with Blue Bird BLS2209's HV 360 ozin .09 transit. After over three years of hard use I replaced the gear sets for 6 bucks a set...

All I can say Bill is that it would be worth the small investment to get a couple to try out. I wont know for sure because the plane I will be testing them in won't get done until June or so and any flight testing wont be done till Fall.

Extremely tight, smooth and quiet gear train! The digital board does not hum hardly at all under load. I hope you find that the H50B blows them away. They blow away my other Blue Birds like the BLS3114 (excellent servo as well).
