A few little accomplishments on my new Edge today. The 111 remounted, less 3/16" clearance it originally had. Should give me right at 1/8" between the spinner back plate and face of cowl spinner ring. Next, re-wrap the pick up lead and the sparkle wires, and loom them. DLE's out...NGK's...- stangflyer

Wanted Exhaust System
Hey everyone... I am looking for a complete exhaust system for my DLE 111. I prefer MTW 75 front dump and DA/MTW headers. Will consider rear dump if really nice. Not interested in accordion style headers. Any one have something they would consider parting with?- stangflyer

No work on the Pitts the last few days. Waiting for my last coat of Purple then I can clear it. So what did I do instead? Well drive 1050 miles in one day to pick up 2 flat out stolen planes. I agree, but I can still see a scosh of a difference. Just spoke with Wings West and they did mention with some colors, Pearl Blue and obviously the Pearl Purple, the paint will look good...but....that last final coat before the clear is what makes them pop. I just tossed the cowl on last night...- stangflyer

Hey my friend. The wheels are an early version of White Rose. Vern does not make this style any longer. They were originally on the big Yak but they were too small in my opinion. So the Monster Yak got brand new appropriately fitting Airman wheels and these got a home on the Pitts. For now anyway.- stangflyer
