    Has the AMA gone before a judge to have the implementation of this rule stopped due to it being contrary to established law. If not why? It seems to me, even though I'm no lawyer, that it should be fairly easy to prove that this goes against the law passed by congress. At least for those of us...

    A lot of folks at my field seem to think a gyro is an autopilot, it's not. The average gyro in a model airplane is stabilization device. Without human control it will hit the ground.

    Could be worse, I've had my own business for 33 years and the last two months are the slowest I've ever had. Plenty of time to work on airplanes, but don't want to spend a dime on them right now.

The only people they are going to listen to are politicians, or the press if you can make them look bad enough. And the only way to get a politician...

    Just like a lot of things in this country the law abiding citizen is being punished for the acts of a few idiots. Or, as friend likes to say "I screwed up, any your going to pay for it."
