Bull Engines BE 124 Twin Review and Testing

In response to the great demand and desire from many of you out there curious, I have talked extensively with Frank in regards to a....drum roll please, 70 cc twin. He has agreed to "seriously" consider starting production on one. So, with that being said how many of you would like to see him...

Very nice! Did you go with the Monokote Metalic Teal? Reason I ask, I purchased some of that some years back. It has to be one of the prettiest colors every made.

Bull Engines BE 124 Twin Review and Testing

With my radio issued resolved, (which wasn't severe) I put quite a few more flights on the BE 124 powered Pilot Edge. I can not report anything new, other than more flights, more fuel burned and more awesomeness from the 124. I will be ordering a new Falcon 29x9 from SupaTim this week. Next...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

I should feel very lucky then. Though there was virtually no wind, clear skies and beautiful sun shinning, it was actually very pleasant at the field today. Ah but, "the rest of the story".... I packed it in at one o'clock today. The Sukhoi hid out in the shade till I was ready to leave. (Smart...

    RCGF 120

That is correct. The RCGF 120 shares the same exhaust port design as DA 100 and DLE 111. The BE 62 and 124 shares the same exhaust port design as DA 60 and 120.

Dontchya jus luv a big Yak? I decided to take the Behemoth Yak out today. Great flights but couldn't stay long. The field was having a fun fly and was asked if I would enter it. "Weeeell, only if everyone else flies like I do"! :banana-dance: There was enough wind today some of them did...

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Two more days of sun and fun and flying. Tomorrow the big Yak takes to the sky. Sunday, I am going to do some practicing for the upcoming IMAC contest being hosted at our field. I think the Sukhoi wants to be airborne. I just don't know if I have enough skill to fly with the big boys. But hey...

    Hangar 9 3.1M Sukhoi

Great servos. I went with the 7950's throughout my Sukhoi. What a sweet flying plane the H-9 Sukhoi is. Good to see another one getting ready for the wild blue yonder.

    New Aerobeez

One other thing I am curious about. Any "actual" photos of the airframe? It looks as though this is "really" streamlined and sleaked out. Which is fine, just don't want to take away from the actual looks of a 330sc.

    New Aerobeez

I spoke with Chad over at TDRC today. Couple of things I am curious about. Does the 93" only come in the Red/White scheme? I really like the "Reaper" scheme but want the 93" for my 3w 70 twin. Or, I can put that off and wait for the other airframe that I want which will be here in December.

Bull Engines BE 124 Twin Review and Testing

Hey everyone, so here is how it all shook out. After the first five flights, all was well and no problems at all. By the way, I hoped it would be interesting to all of you, but seriously didn't plan to be as entertaining as our election fiasco. Ah but ya gotta captivate an audience some how...
