Cool Fromeco, above and beyond!
I haven't used Fromeco, but always have had them as my next choice. A123's have their limits, and LiPo's are not the best for the AK cold weather, so LION would be a good HV option over the A123 for me...- AKNick

Something New Is Coming.
AJ Aircraft just announced a 104" 120cc ARS300 and a 67" ARS300 today at the 2017 Toledo Show along with there very own electric motors! Funny since about a year ago I wished they made a 60" version ha ha- AKNick

H9 15cc Carbon Cub
The larger/heavier prop lets the RCGF 21cc idle great. I tried APC 17x4W, 16X4W, 16X6, and the previous wood 16X8. I have no numbers but after doing some engine runs I cannot seem to get this engine from Idle to WOT without dying, unless I slowly transition. Punch it, and it dies. Adjusted the...- AKNick

Fabric Covering for Scale RC Airplanes — Video How To
Ive repaired and covered full scale planes with this stuff, I have turned very sensitive to MEK. That is one nasty chemical. Be careful when using it, the chemical will get through ordinary gloves. I absolutely love how forgiving this stuff is to work with! They make a easy to read/follow book...- AKNick

News Roll call! Joe Nall 2017
No Kidding!! It would be about 12 hours of flight travel and an hour drive! ha ha ha. Been there once in 2012 (I Think) because I was taking a class in Daytona Beach FL and drove to Triple Tree. sooooo NO EXCUSES, go for me!!!! Instead I'll be flying north a 1/2hr and fly fish for some steelhead.- AKNick
