Turnigy TGY-i10 full telemetry 10 ch computer radio

You should come fly with us. No noise restrictions, no boundaries...other than the barbed wire fences that a certain 260 just had to see if she could clear it....lol, and no ceiling. Allows for blasting previously mentioned said 260 as high as she wants to go. :brian-banana:

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

I had basically gone to Falcon over the Mejzlik because of sound levels. The Mej 32x10 I originally had on my 157cs was so loud it would make your ears bleed. I also noticed with the same size Falcon, it had better pull and much better breaking on downline. But I've noticed lately that the...

Turnigy TGY-i10 full telemetry 10 ch computer radio

So here's what ya do... while assembling said foamy....oh wait, no assembly required....eat greasy gooyie cheesy hamburger over receiver in said test bed...allow droppings to slobber all over...."ALL" over the pigtails of each servo, wrap the antenna leads in aluminum foil. Then blast it...

Personally I like your setup. Maybe it was the smooth pipes I had on mine. I was running a Falcon 32x11. And as you seen in the maiden video, it was ripping the snot out of that prop. Maybe if I had gone to different exhaust huh?

Just out of curiosity, what exhaust and prop did you go with on the 176?

Yup...that worked. Very nice, smooth flying plane. She looks pretty stable. Course, you could make a flying stick look smooth. :yesss: That GP sounds vaguely familiar. Very much like mine did on the Sukhoi. I just wish I could have gotten the needles to dial in on mine. It was just so sporadic.

    40% switch / battery combinations

I use Smart Fly Power Expander boards. Utilizing the fail safe Pin and Flag that you have mentioned. I also like clean with no massive amounts of switches and devices to clutter things up. Nice thing about the SF Pin and Flag, is as @Terryscustom mentioned with his setup...you don't actually...

So Kelly, What you are saying is that the display shows an airplane, with each individual control surface highlighted.... If you touch a specific control surface, does it then open up the menu for adjustments available for that particular surface? Or does it open a menu with each surface listed...

    3D Restoring The Yak

I love love love the sound of a four cylinder. If setup properly, they are just as user friendly as a twin. They have the same capabilities any other motor has. Just different torque and different "come on power". I've seen some incredible hucking done with a four cylinder. Kim with his DA 200...

    3D Restoring The Yak

Thanks Mark. Not too bad actually. I like that it is gentle. My old man flying style can keep up with it. LOL. I think once I get as many flights on it as the Pilot Edge, it will be just as much fun. Know what I like most about it though? It's finally done. Whoo hoo.

    3D Restoring The Yak

Here are a few videos. Not the greatest but any is better than none right? Not really a lot of playing around. Well, maybe just a little. Mostly getting used to the responsiveness and the size. The Pilot Yak is in my opinion, a pretty nice flying plane. It's stable, predictable and very gentle...

    3D Restoring The Yak

Thanks Cam. Uplines...consistent. Rocket? Not quite yet. The 210 needs some breaking in yet. But very strong. Unlimited? Ummm...yeah. LOL. This would make one sweet IMAC bird. Mark, @thurmma made the comment that he felt the Pilot Yak would make a good IMAC plane. He is very accurate in his...

Need?? Not necessarily. Use? Umm....heck yeah. LOL. The 210 is a loooong ways from being broken in so I was kind of easy on her. But truthfully? More than enough ponies.
