    Scale 50% Dalotel 165

Said it before, I'll openly say it again. You sir, are a steely eyed missle man. WOW....when I was a little tyke, I used to dream of stuff like this. A plane that had all the goodies and gizmos and bells and whistles. I just didn't think it was possible. My apologies Roger for not following as...

    Hangar 9 33% Edge 540 Recover

That's what I was thinking. Beats laying covering over covering over an open bay. Invariably that covering "ALWAYS" wrinkles. Then you try to take the wrinkle out and, "Watch out", you have just stretched the top layer of covering but put a big wrinkle in the lower layer. Now you have this big...

    Pilot RC 107" Extra 330SC

Now that you mention it, I believe the ones on my 107 Edge are clear. (she's got 47 flights on her now.... I do like keeping logs, hee hee) My 50cc Edge had over a hundred flights on it when I sold it. Not a problem one. "BUT", my sons...same plane, different scheme....lost an elevator hinge mid...

    Pilot RC 107" Extra 330SC

Haven't had any issues with any of the hinges in my Pilots. Glue joints have been more than adequate. In fact far better than a few other brands I have recently dealt with. Maybe my airframes were built on Wednesday? Monday: Hangovers and don't wanna git with it day. Tuesday: Ok, feeling...

    Aerobeez "BANSHEE" 91" Slick build

Electrons? Oh how awesome. So dat 70 be running on electricity now? That's gonna save ya on weight. No need for a fuel tank. Just plug it into the same battery as you run your servos from and your in bi-ness. Right? LOL

    Fuel Tank Size

High speed high energy does use a little more gas. But you're still getting pretty good mileage. I think I was about the same on my DLE 55 powered Edge. My 107" Edge though does pretty good. I believe that tank is a 32 ounce. Usually after 12-14 minutes, I still have just a tick above 1/2 tank...

Tachometers - what do you use?

Haven't tried the Fromeco tach yet, but like my Hangar 9 Micro. Seems to be doing an awesome job. Will be adding telemetry with onboard tach and flight logging on my planes. The Yak and the Sukhoi will probably be the first two to get this system.

    Fuel Tank Size

Would have to agree with Donnie here. Having just a smidgen more of fuel is not a bad thing. I'd rather have a little extra in reserve just in case, than to run out at a "REEEEEALY" bad time. jmho

Scale 1/3 Scale Harvard with Moki 250

That is one big plane. Just up my alley. I helped my friend fire up his big P47 yesterday with the Mok-ster 250 up front. Holy crap, what a sound. Nothing like a Moki radial up front purring and yanking you across the garage like a rag doll. :way_to_go: You're going to love that...
