    Cool UAV Project! Share Yours!

No problem. A really good starting point to start reading on is the Ardu Plane Website. It goes over a lot about the pixhawk and how to set it up for the first time.

    Cool UAV Project! Share Yours!

This is when I had two tx and two rx. One tx to control the plane and one to control the gimbal. This was a lot of fun. You can really see how much the gimbal is working during the landings to keep the gimbal straight.

Simple. Choke on full throttle and rock the prop back and fourth until I hear the fuel. Then throttle idle choke off rock the prop 5 to 10 more times. Ignition on and she starts in one flip. This has worked well on all my DAs

The I'm going out flying thread 2016

Visited a new club yesterday located in Chino Valley, AZ. Very nice setup. Nice long runway with paved pits and a nice shed to stay out of the sun. They have several plug ins for your chargers. The only "downside" is the runway is slope a lot! But luckily the wind favors the right way so you...

Sleepy is the flight power banner that is on all the pages a new banner spot? If so it seems those banners need to be wider and not stop 3/4 the way or if anything center that banner.

Well today at 12:30 we did a practice flight following the Osprey flight. The announcers were also practicing and they loved the performance. It was funny because he asked me was I the guy that flew formation with Matt at Oshkosh. I told him it was Frank and he said R/C has come a long way and...

Father and son teams in the RC community.

My Granddad and I use to always fly together back when I was younger, but since I went to college and then moved away from home we don't get to fly together much. Plus he has barely flown R/C since 2011 when we lost all of our homes in the tornado.

    TransAsia flight crashes

Looks like they had a engine light come on the right engine and the engine went into a safe mode where it auto feathered the right prop. For some reason the pilots killed the left engine.... Right engine is still running, but not at maximum power.... Not sure why they killed the left engine as...
