    I've been known to replace things just because I didn't like the way it looked. Maybe it's not necessary but like you said...sure makes ya feel good. LOL

    I tried the T3chDad and the RCLogbook apps. I just couldn't get into a constant habit of updating it. It has always been easier for me to keep a journal on every plane. It's easier for me to write it down in a note book than to plug that info. into the apps. Just me...Guess I am lazy. LOL...

    I have a 10' by 2" nylon strap that I purchased from D & B. Folded over at the ends with a "D" ring in each end, then sewn. I use a regular foot long heavy duty "v" tent stake that the "D" rings slide over. The top of the stake is folded over to create a "finger" that the "D" rings can't slip...

    I say yes.... there really is no need for an extremely high torque servo for throttle. As long as it is a good quality servo. I use Hitec 5665's on all my throttle setups. HV, Digital, metal gear and torque is around 130. Which is still way more than needed. But for 45 bucks, pretty tough to...

    Looks pretty cool Joe. I made the same type of stand off for the 37% Pilot Edge to mount the 111 after removing the 128 four cylinder. Solid as all heck and totally good looking.
