Sport 30% Edge 540 Pete Marshall Plans with Laser Cut Short Kit
Just a suggestion....Get some sheet rock "gypsum board" to cut to size and lay it over the hollow core door. Makes a nice flat surface that wont sag and you can still push pins in it. Best with your build. I love the EDGE.- 49dimes

I agree with flycanic. Run synthetic from the get go on a chinamotor. I first used penzoil air cooled in my EME 60 and it carbon fouled and stuck the ring in only 3 or 4 gallons. I have been using the red line @ 32:1 and last time I had the header pulled for maintenance / inspection the piston...- 49dimes

Frank Bowman rings low compression
Sounds like you getting a better (hot) spark! The EME 60 I have came with a 4.8-6.0 volt ignition. I now run a lipo to it and gained 200 rpm (runs a little hotter too) I recommend you "re-tune" just to make sure you are not going lean.- 49dimes
