Maxx Products Inc. or MPI sells a nice crimp tool and the male and female connector and housings. 22awg wire in various lengths. With 2.4 flat wire is non issue. Why do you love this hobby?
Life just gets in the way for a lot of families. I does not mean you or me, fathers or sons (or daughters!) Love or are loved any less. The hobby or interest off was a common interest of both of us. Just measured the outside... 12 and 1/4" at the cowl ring and just about the same at where both cylinders will be. Plenty of room! You thinking 150 or sumtin? the thickness of the glass is marginal. deduct 3/32"- 49dimes

Your Opinion-This is not a "Which radio is best" thread!!!
How the radio feels in your hands is "paramount" IMHO. The Spectrums feel way to wide and is very uncomfortable for me. I am a thumb flyer and range of motion is now a big issue in me digits. I use a neck strap when concentration and focus are really needed but when just banging around free hand...- 49dimes
