Good points. That is exactly the kind of pointers I need. I keep coming back to the Velox which would be about perfect. Does it have that bigger plane presentation over say a 60"? That is what saved me and got me flying lots with no fear. Nothing like stick time. Even a silly foamy. You learn your limits and how to understand the limits of an airframe. Orientations. I pancaked a molded F5B sailplane back in the day landing with spoilerons. Stopped flying for 9 years...- Dr. Gonzo

But 7-10 mph is very normal. Anyone can deal with that? I think 15-20 is where it gets interesting.
