    I have never really dealt with any foam parts besides the Sig King Kobra I started building. So I really couldn't comment on that but in theory that sounds like it would work. I'm sure others will pipe in!

    Basic engine tuning.

    Last week I had the same issue with my DA-50 about getting it started on a hot day after the first flight. I actually could see the bubble in my fuel line (which was no where near the exhaust). But it was 100 degrees sitting in the Arizona sun. So I don't blame it for not wanting to run again...

    I think they should all be together in one forum so it is easier to go through them and find building techniques that will help you out no matter what kind of build you are doing. They are all models and techniques from one type of build can work in pretty much any other.

    My dad and I bought this plane a month after I got my private license my freshman year of college (when the pic was taken). 1975 Piper Warrior. Awesome little plane. I have since sold out of it but my dad still is part of the club that owns it now so I still get to fly her every now and then:)

    Thanks, @49dimes!! I had some pretty good comments at the field today. "I wouldn't be able to see it cause it's blinding me!" "You are not gonna be able to lose that ever!" I got the culprit horizontal stabilizer and elevator taken apart and glued back together. We will see how it looks tomorrow.

    Thanks for the possible fix Chris. I tried taking that orange to lowes, Home Depot, and ace hardware with none of them able to help with that color. The best they found was a rattle can that wasn't nearly as bright as the covering.
