In the MA ad that's a 78" plane? The wing looks massive! Same plane with 4.5" wing tips?

    inverted practice

Like Ray says, get a foamy and practice. I started with doing an inverted elevator out a bit, letting the plane sink lower, then bring it in low inverted harrier to me and pop it into a hover(hold some left rudder on the pop...P factor). Coming at you left is left, right is right. Then...

Fly Low In "Middle East" --Joe flies for the Prince of Dubai"

Not entirely true. Props can cause some damage. We had a popular heli guy get killed in Houston when he was struck by a rotor. And Noah from RCG lost part of his thumb and another finger I think when a plane wasn't tied up good enough. Still have to be a tiny bit careful.

    3DHS 70" Velox

You are talking about the top side of the cowl? I'll try that. I did get a maiden in late yesterday, right at dark so only 6 minutes with a couple minutes of good trimming. I had to CG way to far forward for one, pretty nose heavy and I knew the 18x8 prop would be a dog...it was on a 8s...

    3DHS 70" Velox

Ok I'll grab some space....:) General pics of the stuff in the box. Parts baggies for various areas of the plane. .. This one does come with an E-box, nice. My old 71 gear to go into this plane I always run into this...unless I'm doing something wrong.. A few spacers centers up...

    3DHS 70" Velox

Well while "walking the dog", I went out and ground off the bottom of the cowl. Canopy still tight but ok. Still have to tidy up some things and maybe a maiden today. Forgot, then I noticed the bottom hinge on the rudder is broken!! WTH? It hasn't been off my bench. Deal with...

    3DHS 70" Velox

well mines done. mixed build. had some busted balsa in the fuse. my wing tube is sticky. cowl gave me fits then I refered to the manual and you have to grind off part of the bottom? I left that for tomorrow. It looks like the canopy is supposed to go under the cowl. Best I can tell...

3DHS New Products and General Plane Info/Help for Fanatics

There was an article in MA a while back, said if you need to lenthen ESC wires, do the motor wires, not the battery. Just saying. I think I have lenghtened both from time to time.
