    I've had that 106 for 12-15 years, it's in its 3rd Yak since I've owned it. Gerhard has serviced it a few times, I use the same box and send it in every few years. I'll send it in again, the meantime I want to try the DA120.

    Flew the 35% Yak a couple of times today, engine issues so went home early and ended up at the pool sipping on tropicalia.

    Thinking about switching my 3w106 out for a da120 since I have both. Idling issues caused me a broken landing gear and prop on my pilot 35% Yak today. I think it's time to swap them out. Removing the da 120 from another plane I tore the landing gear out on three or four years ago.

    Streaming the Brave's game, sipping a couple of Tropicalias and heavy napping at the neighborhood pool today. About 10 neighbors/ friends were verbally jealous of my nap.

    Don't know. I've had this Kevlar thread for years, don't remember why I bought it. I smeared the JB Weld on the wood and brass tube, wrapped the thread into the JB Weld then rubbed the JB Weld around the threads. Rock solid.

    That helped fix another issue as the back end of the cabin wing area was loose. Locking that in finally is a relief.

    Found a mistake in my build and am resolving it this weekend. For some reason I had the wing rear pin area outside of the wing instead of inside. Not to hard to fix fortunately, just needed to find a way to extend the pin from the fuse.

    More than I should have had (3) but chaotic week ongoing and a couple of quiet hours at the pool were very much needed. Dang this is a good beer.
