    And you really need to see the profile I built mike in person. The orange and purple look good in the pictures but in person it is so much better. Was my first experience using ultracote and I didn't wanna give the plane up after I finished covering it.

    It uses a single for the elevator but I could use two pretty easily as it has two control rods coming back to a single servo. Ailerons each get their own servo.

    Thank you. I'm happy with how it turned out. The one I saw had little antennas sticking out the front as well but I liked it better without them and they would have made it harder to use as well.

    All done. To get the look I was going for which is still seeing the wood grain through the finish I just used some water and green food coloring. Worked like a charm.

    I would think going with 1/4-20 hardware you would be fine just tapping the wood and wouldn't need any blind nuts in it.

    Been a while since I did any posting but here are a couple videos of my newest design and scratch build. 55cc edge profile. I'm loving it so far but need to get more time on a calm day and need some stronger servos on the ailerons.
