    I have been meaning to do the reed block mod to both of my DLE 55's but never have gotten around to it and from what I have been reading no one will be doing bowman rings any longer. That plane sure is pretty.

    They are fun and easy to build. This one is a buddies design. He designed it around a OS55ax on a tuned pipe and I scaled it down to fit around a G15 out runner. It should be a pretty wild little bird. The setup that going on it is on a plane that currently has 570sq in of wing area and this one...

    I think that fix should be fine. Sorry it happened though bud and really sorry you had a dog chew up the belly pan. Guess I'm lucky neither of my dogs really do any chewing.

    Yeah it is built strong but if I were to build it myself I would do this section of the fuse a bit different. It will be fixed in a few days though and be better than ever. Finishing up packing the truck to go camping. Lovely how it will be raining all weekend long. We will see how waterproof...
