    Most All cables will stretch over time, I always check the tension on my rudder cables every time I go out to fly, just part of my preflight checks. Cable stretch is normal, just manually tighten to the tightness you want and go fly

    I use a product made for Cat, it is a Dry Graphite film lubricant, this will not collect dirt like grease.

    I just use my Expensive Cat Infra red tach accurate to + or - 3 rpm 1 to 100,000 rpm works awesome

    I just run out to the local Cat House and get the bolts I need. I never use lock washers. I just order (flat) hard washers from CAT and if they do not , have them in stock they can have them over night to any Cat House in the Country and there is no shipping charges Cat has trucks running parts...
