3D 120 CC Aeroworks Extra 260 Freestyle QB-L

I like 'em "BIG"!
I've been wanting to see a more recent version of the Aeroworks planes. It was really a tough decision between this one and the PAU 300. Would love to see more photo's of the constructed airframe as you progress with your build. If having one Extra is pleasing, then I can't imagine not being pleased with having seven of them right? LOL

Here are some features and upgrades with the 120cc Freestyle compared to previous kits. Huge control surfaces, massive wing area, the wingtube is the 150 cc size wingtube that goes deep into the wings, less sheeting on the fuse sides, no sheeted pipe tunnel, and a screw in tray in the center fuse area. The firewall is still robust and I noticed thicker brace doublers behind the canopy area.

I ended up at 29.8 lbs with a DA 120 on Re2's but I don't have the carbon gear or tailwheel setup yet to lighten those spots. Haven't installed the wheels pants since this gear won't stay on it.

Are you planning on running the fences? I know on the 30cc version a lot of people were just using the inboard set. I've never flown my 30cc without them, but sometimes I think it's a little too locked in with all four on.

I really want this plane, I just can't justify it at all.
