Ken is the US distributor for Motrofly. Is he pushing/working on the design or waiting for Motrolfly to come out with it. There's a difference.

I know Motrolfly is a China based brand, but given Ken's extensive knowledge and ability to custom wind motors, I wouldn't doubt that he is involved in R&D.. although I have no clue, just my guess.. regardless, there is no electric motor that comes anywhere close imo!
i believe it will be a subsonic motor, not a motrolfly

after talking with some guys in the know, it seems that motrolfly is not interested in going bigger. sounds like it is going to be purely a ken kreation, but dont take me word for it, i am often wrong
O? 50cc motrolfly you say? Whatever do you mean? How did I know you'd pipe in here?
Yes, I suspect Ken's 50cc motor is getting close. I obviously can't speak for him, but it sure would be ideal for it to arrive in time for the winter builds for next year's flying season.![]()
To me, that's both cool and no-so-cool news. (if it's true) Ken's the man, love the motors he sells and his customer support. A whole new motor from a different factory isn't going to be a motorofly, produced somewhere else...but we all know Ken's standards, so it might be a good thing!
