@Lost It you were right bro. Here's what they are saying is going on.

We have found a very isolated issue with the ESC having troubles withthe low voltage signal from some 24.ghz receivers.
We have worked with our factory and we have received a short extensionthat is to be plugged in between the wire from the ESC and into thethrottle channel on the RX. It is a very small, lightweight signalamplifier and should take care of the issue.
I'll get it sent right out.

Hopefully this helps others if you run into the same problem and wonder why.

You wouldn't happen to be using Spektrum gear, would you?

[MENTION=3822]Xpress[/MENTION] I am using Spektrum w/Hitec HS5070MH servo's and the little wire they sent me worked. All is well now and this little bugger runs like a raped ape now. I wasn't sure it would because your not supposed to use any amplified wires with spektrum gear.

I notice my 60" Extra EXP with 80amp Airboss ESC and Torque motor does pulse when the battery gets low, I put in a new charged battery and its a happy camper again

I never heard of a power system pulsing because battery gets low. Or do you mean like "Low Voltage Cut Off" low?

Well yes thats what I attributed it to because when I put a fresh battery in it, it does fine

Just trying to be helpful. I don't know your experience. It is not good to run your lipos down to "low Voltage cutoff". You should use a timer or telemetry to land with your lipos no lower than 3.75 volts per cell. Anything lower than that and your lipos will not last long.
