Right. It just bolts right on. Do not forget the blue loctite though.

Yes, you need spacers if using the motrolfly.
I have the Torque 4016/500 MKII in it. I bought a 16X8 APC and a 15X8 APC to see which one I like better before I invested in a Xoar. I have not even tried the 15X8 because of the power I get from the 16, maybe I should try the 15 though. It always freaks out the old guys at my field they always jokingly yell "Hey I think you need some more power it only took off in about 10 feet, I am sure you can get it down to 5!" Gotta love the old guys. They are pretty funny sometimes. They still hate it when I fly over the landing strip though.
Be careful with that 16x8 apc... they give you completely different results than the xoar 16x8. Usually a higher amp draw with less thrust due to flexing of the tips..
-- i've had to mail my transmitter in before. usually have perfect flying weather and time off from work whenever my transmitter is broken! murphy's law i guessbehind getting my TX repaired, but it comes first. I shipped it out on Monday and I have been doing nothing since but thinking about flying, it is killing me! There was even no wind here on Wednesday all day which is an extremely rare occurrence. Thanks for the heads up though.

The problem I always have is the days I have to work it is wonderful outside. No rain snow or wind. Then when I get my two days off a week it is usually 25+ mph winds or worse. Good thing is my TX is repaired and will be here Monday. Hopefully I can get a flight or two in before the start of my work week. (Tuesday is my start.) Thanks for the sympathies. I am just glad it happened now and not in a month or two when HH starts to get really busy with repairs.
