I'd put a 1/4-1/2" bump in the aft air exit. You could just cover a little piece of ply and glue it to the front former there. Maybe some tri-stock if you want to get fancy.

I'd be happy to draft something in CAD for you, shipping and item to Canada might be tricky.
Let me take another picture and sketch up what I am thinking and see what you think. Thanks

@AKNick .
ok I will try to explain and see what you come back with. The last photo is as it is now. The next photos is how I would like to finish the exit ducting with a lip in front of the exit hole to suck the hot air out. What I have done is cut a piece of cardboard and placed into the hole to show what I want. The only thing is the leading edge or front section I would like it lean backwards at 60 degrees and the sides vertical. This shape is very difficult to do with balsa wood. ( bending in 2 directions). Second cannot get my hands inside the fuselage in this location to glue it in, the wing tube and landing gear is right there. What I was thinking of is a 3D printed deflector with a lip on the bottom. So it can slipped in and then some ca added to the lip and the 3D printed deflector pulled up and glued to the inside of fuselage. Hope I am making sense, if not let me know will make a sketch.

If I may part some info to you gentlemen as you see from the picture I have glued a screen over the hole that feeds fresh air into the cowl on the bottom directly in front of the carburetor, this is great but not. Cool air is good but not a direct hard flow of air onto carburetor diagram cap at 80mph. So I instal a screen to let the air in but defused.

Only thing I am going to say if you are going build a 70cc Ultimate make your own baffles, easier and will be done much quicker. Now I have to tackle the top half of the cowling.

@AKNick . Hopefully this helps.

This design concept I have done many times. What are the dimensions?

@AKNick
Ok Nick made tracing of the hole in the bottom of the fuselage. Traced it over on to a piece of paper and then dimensioned the the hole as shown in the picture so that it can be duplicated. Will make a AutoCAD from the dimensions and see what I get if it works out can I send the AutoCAD drawing of the hole to you. Let me know Nick.

Just a update, I have come a to a halt, need some parts and waiting for the IBec from Aj and some other small parts. It will be easier to finish the build if wait for the parts and install them before I install the upper wing structure. Also installing or finishing bottom air ducting will be easier with the upper wing structure.

Ok not good news I am frustrated and not a happy camper. After all day yesterday and 1/2 of today the top wing halves are finally put together. But Not on the plane just the 2 wing half’s on the workbench. Still not good enough to take to the field, it is together but it is extremely tight. Removed 0.008 from the carbon rotation pins, removed 0.003 to 0.004 from the rotation pin sleeves and only then was I able to press the two halves together. Then on top of that I had to remove one of the T nuts in the one wing half and replace it, could not screw the 4mm bolt in. Next to see if it will fit onto the plane not holding my breath. Why can they not just test fit the 2 top wing halves together at factory or even before it is shipped to the customer.
It’s a shame I was looking at the 120 Mamba from Flex will decide after it is finished and flown.
