Got this PM from cap232, going to answer here for everyone's benefit.
When I installed the servos, I had to turn each ball link quite a few times, but I was able to center the aileron with my servo at 90 degrees as seen here:
The ailerons trailing edge aligns perfectly with the wing. The servo is centered at 1500us, which mechanically is very slightly (a degree or two) left of center as pictured.

I am installing the servos in the wing but the control rods seem either to long
one way or to short the other.? what way is you servo in the wings. servos shaft
to the rear or front. I cant seem to be able to to get a 90 degree angle on the
set up.
