Build looks great so far! If you haven't glassed the canopy hatch yet, I recommend you use at least 3/4 ounce cloth. I used 1/2 ounce and it is starting to crack where the canopy meets the wood. Also, start with one degree of down thrust. We have trimmed 3 planes now and all needed it to stop pulling to the canopy on uplines.

Primo, I was thinking you have been milking this build but I really think you have been following Ty's building tecnique now!! I think its a good suggestion as we know how Ty builds!!

LOL!! hey Al, I'm three years ahead of the first one I did. Now Mark is going to have to order new wood for his.

Kevin, thanks for the suggestion I was ahead of you by one day, but, what I did was this. I cut a strip from the .5oz cloth and laminated it on the balsa and the canopy, I let that dry overnight sanded it and then I installed more cloth over the front part of the hatch.
