So, the gluing has started and I’m all smiles this morning. As you guys can see on the first two pics, I was able to take away some weight off the LG plate 1.67oz to be exact. I wish I had done this with the F1 former. The box goes together very well and pretty much squares itself but you still need to use squares and clamps (a must). I decided to glue mine in two steps, pictures from 29 thru 34 shows the pre gluing set up. Once I was happy with my process, the gluing started, I used 3M DP 460 epoxy, I used it on the last one and it its very strong with good working time. The only two pieces I did not glue were the rear plate and the right side of the box, I just put them in place to close the box and keep everything together as the glue dries. The last picture I took this morning before heading to work. So far it is going great.

The sanding blocks are AWESOME.
