I would think that's plenty, but I'm no expert engineer.
Painting has progressed.
I have similar number of hinges also.
Using automotive paints I first used high build primer which is then almost completely sanded off, this takes out any slight undulations. then a coat of light primer.
I then use a single pac water based base coat (colour) then I use 2 pac lacquer.
that's it.
Also the delro paint mask is a real pain in the ass , its big, stick and in one piece so make sure you have a second set of hands!
Sorry I have not been on much but I am trying to get it finished for start of our season. also I hope to take it to the IMAC European cup near venice in itlay

Test flew it today. Had 7 flights.
With my set up DA 170 on ks 1090 pipes it came in at 18kg. However it was tail heavy . i have every thing right up front battery wise. However i am carrying pipes and rudder servos in the tail for direct drive. I added 1kg og lead so total all up came out at 19kg.
Flight required 1 click of aileron trim.
Mix is 4% up ele to rudder
2-3% opposite aileron to rudder. Still fine tuni g this.
Thrust lines set to front of fuzz is perfect.
Zero downline mix
Snaps tend to wi d up so unloading the rudder during the snap is required.
Tracks very well.
So far i am very happy.
