Well thank you very much! I mean that. It is nice to come back to such a warm and friendly place with so many friends. It is really good to see you fellas.
Great to have you back, missed you, cannot believe a year has passed. The only thing that is important is that you are back.

Didn't get much accomplished tonight. I spent like 4 hours measuring and calculating. Pondering and contemplating. And finally came up with this.
Basically I used 3/16" lite ply to double the balsa ribs in the right outer wing panel of the Behemoth Stang. Then laminated two lite ply plates with epoxy. Making them 3/8"x3/8" for the servo door supports. Using extra servo trays from a previous build, I sanded them down to fit precisely between the rails. Once the 3/32" lite ply servo doors are glued over the tray, they will then be screwed down to the rails. This should provide plenty of support for the Monster Stangs aileron servos. My plan is to then attach the linkage and access it through and between the trailing edge spars. Once connected to the control horns on the ailerons, they will be completely concealed linkages. I will do the Flaps the same way. Elevators were originally designed just like all our aerobatic planes. Fortunately I've not glued the control horns to the elevators yet. There is actually plenty of room to also make concealed linkages on the elevators. The rudder should be no problem also. I've been toying with the notion of making functional trim tabs on the elevators, ailerons and rudder. These really should not present much of a problem as the control surfaces on the big Mustang have ample room for a high torque micro servo to be housed inside the surfaces. We'll see how it goes once I get to that point.

So a little more work on the big Mustang wing. The build continues. Wow, lots to do and the more time I work at it, the more I realize still needs to be done. Making progress though. Servo doors for the left wing done, retract air lines run, servo leads ran. I flipped the wing around so that I can start working on the guts of the right wing innards. With the wing blocked up, I installed the main spars for the center section as well as the outer wing panel.
All I can say is, this is one monster of a wing. More to come soon fellas.

Thanks fellas. Snoops...three piece wing my friend. Dang... can you imagine trying to transport a 112" wing? Let alone store the Behemoth thing. Lol...
