PM me when you get a chance on what you are thinking and how I maybe able to help out. :) The OFFICIAL 3DBash is all scheduled and closed but I'm willing to give you some pointers if you haven't run an event before!

If I could give you any advance,, run a few local smaller fly ins before you try to step into a national event, the big events can get overwhelming quick if you don't have any experience on smaller ones

In all the years of going to events, nobody and I mean nobody put on a better event than William (Bill) Bennett owner of Circus Circus Casino and Circus Hobbies. I remember in 1990 they gave all the contestants $5000 grand for just coming, and that year Chip Hyde won it and Bill gave him a check for $25,000 and a brand new 1990 ACURA NSX, which back then there was only 2 in the country, Mr. Bennett had one and the other Chip won. As far as spectators goes, they treated everyone specially good. Wish the T.O.C would have never went away. It will be my first year going to Joe Nall and know it is the biggest, but I know it will never be as classy as they were.

The comment from AKfreak reminded me of that, sorry. Maybe all the late nite casino action and the strip also may have had some effect on me too. lol

I know several casino owners. As a matter of fact, I am serious when I say I want to bring back TOC at Bennett field. Also I would love to host a Bash event here too. Let me know and I will start to make it happen.

You and I can talk about this directly for next year. I don't see any reason why we can't have one there in 2015.
