I have been a GP dealer for over 10 years did 6 figures sales with them during those years. Even though Tower Hobbies undercut my sells I still carried there products. Then almost a month ago I placed a order that comes COD to me, with that order after a week I wondered what happens so I check the tracking number and sure enough showed they tried to deliver it which is strange because I was at the store at the time they attempted to deliver it. Now 9/10 when my normal UPS driver goes on vacation the sub driver claims they attempted a delivery but never do and I have complained to UPS 1000 times. So with this package they never delivered it so I called GP and spoke to hope to which she called me a lair that the tracking showed a attempt.
She then called UPS and called me back to get the package as they have it ready for pick-up. So with a MO in hand I go to UPS to find that they have no idea where that package is...well Hope said you have it. Well give me your number and will call you when we find it............ weeks go by. So I attempt to login to my GP account to only find it's locked out out.
So I call and talk to Hope....and once again she calls me a lair....so a little fact, UPS have a policy for a COD after 3 attempts or 3 days the order GOES back to the sender....UMMMM so 3 week and GP still did not get the package back... and I'm a Lair......
I told Hope that I have been to UPS multiple times and they do not know where my package is and because of that I'm now responsible and Hope tell me that I no longer can pay COD I now have to Pre-Pay......
So today I have been trying to get a hold of Terry, Hopes boss and she will not take my call. Wow is this how they treat customers??
Just need to blow some steam....
