Here in ohio we have not really had any snow but alot of rain i really never stopped flying if it does snow i crack out the trusty skis

70 degrees, blues skies, 2 mph wind and an injured finger that is largely healed, you bet I went flying today. 
Lots of guys checked in on my finger (haven't been there since the injury). Very nice to see so many asking. Several tanks of gas were emptied today. Great day at the field!

Almost healed. Physical therapy now, trying to get all my movement back but I faced a 28x12 prop spinning 1500rpm and survived so I'm good.

I missed a 60 degree sunny with no wind day yesterday, so I went out today and got a few in with my Pilot Edge before the sun went away and the wind started blowing.
I really need to do something with the carb on that thing. I bet it took 30 flips to get it to pop on the choke. Ran perfect after that, and boy did it like the colder weather.

You know, I really wish one of these forums would put up a calendar. A real one with twelve monthly pages, Jan-Dec, with corresponding number of day's. Set up so individuals could go to the month and day and post their event. A link at the top of the page like the home, forums, Media, etc. A thread get's to cluttered with idle chit chat to find anything. I would like to go to weekend events, 2-4 days, within a day or so drive but rarely find them until they are over and someone does a thread of how nice it was.

Damn I'm hungry
This past week end was just fabulous for anything and everything that has wings and a motor 
. I officially christened my 2019 flight log and watched some really cool jets and a 35% Demonstrator do it's thing. Unfortunately I forgot that GoPro's need to get a full charge too 
. So no vid or pics of an amazing 50 pound CF 3.6 meter motor glider with a 120 newton gas turbine. It was very fast and very aerobatic. Most exciting to watch. My buddies P-51 performed very well and the Alien Extra caught some ones eye so it will be going to a new home (SOLD) 
. This was all of Saturday's fun. Sunday was even a bit more calm and all the EDF's were the rage including my Avanti S 
. Too bad my CAP 232EX had expired earlier on but it's replacement is due in tomorrow.
