The one in Mt Vernon, Indiana isn't too bad at about 2.5 hours from me, the rest are 5 hours or more one way.

I think these long hour trips are pretty normal... these crazy IMAC people apparently don't mind driving home late on Sunday nights !!

I consider a 3 hour drive a relatively close IMAC contest. A few are shorter, but most are longer. Typically the contests wrap up early on Sunday, leaving plenty of time to get home.
