Yup, camping on the 3D line.

Pick up food and water at the Food Lion in town so you don't drain the bank on water on-site. Also only so much greasy spoon stuff you can take from on-site food vendor.

i really want to camp out on the 3D line with you guys (or by the main flight line) but I have to upload photos every night and the internet at the field isn't very fast from what I've been told. a hotel in the area helps to make media coverage possible unfortunately.

Anybody know when registration actually opened up?

We usually get an e-mail from TTA when it's officially open.

And, phone service is bad at TTA let alone internet... but it did seem better last year for some reason.

Last year it opened way earlier. this year it opened on new years morning. No email from them.

I may be in the minority here, but I wouldn't mind if you posted your pics after you got back home. Yes, you run this awesome site, but you have the right to enjoy yourself at the event just like everybody else.

Agree... but I bet Bart is trying to keep GSN up to par with what the "other" sites are doing

no kidding, there is certainly a lot of pressure to do that. i've got plans though for this year so we'll see how well i can execute!
