Here I've gone and done it..........Started a thread on an engine I don't own.lol

Now the disenchanted as well as the optimistic can tell us about what may or may not be a worthy engine to add to our hangers or closet shelf or just leave the damn thing at the factory.

Now with what looks to be a street price of about 550 lets hear you that have operated itor.

Kelly I've only seen one report on this engine, and it was on FB. I don't go to the Azzhat site, so there might be some chat over there on it. What I read was not good, lot of clankin/rattlin noise inside, add in it wouldn't run long with out shutting down. Heating issue? I really liked it when the Gent ask the manufactuer about the clankin, oh it's supposed to sound like that.

Ya that floored me too and bet Terries blood pressure went off the scale. Honestly....If they would not be a bunch of smart asses and be genuine about issues then the growth would be so much easier when they do get winkles ironed out.

WOW! Very "blingy" on the outside. Rattles inside like a "Hay Street H**ker" on a late Friday night.

I think I'm the only one to get it flying. The bearing isn't tight enough to the propshaft. I left mine stock didn't mod it or change anything. One guy has run it no issues. One guy rotated the Reed block and said it ran great even though the owner said it was not designed to do it. And then a week later he's asking for a diagram on how the gaskets for the carb are supposed to be aligned. Terry drilled a hole in the motor to make a new pulse port. Not sure if that was before or after his motor got messed up from heat. Kcs sent him a new motor he said. Motor number 5 I haven't heard from the winner of he hasn't posted of running it. I have a couple of videos and header length testing on my 92" aeroplus thread in the 3 d aircraft section. 49dimes was following along.

Edit, sorry just slightly frustrated since I have a new plane not flying and instead running on the ground getting oily.
