Dude, that’s how every Comp Arf I’ve ever setup has the tail feathers locked in. Had one of those screws come off on final, the whole tail wing on the right side Aimed down, and down the plane went, right into the ground, was a great flight until that happened. Lesson learned, I now cover those screws with a patch of clear 3M vinyl tape, so it only comes off after I remove the tape.
That is why I use wood glue as a thread lock on all screws and bolts. And it is easily removable if wanted, Teflon plumbers tape for anything big enough.

Exactly what I did on my Carf. I used a piece of 3M clear chip guard tape over the countersunk screw as a bit of insurance over the Loctited screw. Worked like a charm and easy to get to if needed.

Not a lot got done in the last couple of days. A lot of staring and planning and figuring on the aileron servo mounts. I did get the control horns glued in the top wing.

Looking at the servo in the wing how is it held down in the wing and how do get to the servo screws that hold the servo to the mount.

I'm going to use some Bob Violett aileron servo mounts. They have carbon fiber L brackets that screw to maple blocks. The hard part is the servo wires. There needs to be a notch in the block for the wiring, which doesn't leave you a lot of room for one of the screws. You also need enough room to be able to get the servo out of the mount past the wire.

I'm planning on gluing the blocks to a carbon fiber plate, then gluing that plate to the wing skin. There is carbon fiber in the wing there already, but it doesn't cover the whole area where the mount will be glued.

I have used this one once from Secraft. Little more gluing area on the bottom plate and the servo wire is not a problem, just a suggestion.
