A piece of parchment paper and the iron will smooth that run right out. You can use that method on all the tapes edges as well to remove the fuzzies.

Don't even try ironing without the parchment paper. The run may be on the bottom of the fabric, as Ace said iron it out with parchment paper.

Some loose ends here and there. I need to finish the door, finish infilling the leading gear and decide on an axle.

I inserted a random axle years ago and almost forgot about it. It would take a deep socket and ratchet to get it threaded in any further. I hesitate to solder something with my landing skills.........

Soft solder a piece of 1/4" music wire, something else will bend before the axle, Pretty sure that the way the BUSA is built. I covered my gear with fabric, see drawing below.

Spent a good bit of time reviewing my HVLP spray gun and watching videos on YT. Much better results this morning.

I’ll probably limit spraying to mid mornings due to the heat.

Not much tonight, cleaning up some of my rougher Polytak work from early in the learning curve. Wiping with MEK makes it pretty easy.
