Cutting steel tubing early this morning. In the jig and ready to solder. Going to insert and leave the landing gear connector loose.

You are getting faster with coped ends, what process did you end up with?
Both sides look the same, how about the door?

Tony, grinding a bevel in the steel then rounding it with a round grinder in my drill press.
